New Square Rabbit Home Page

Welcome to the new Square Rabbit web site! New layout, new colors, new features! We have started with the home page, and will update the other pages in the coming weeks. You'll notice that the navigation tabs are now on the left. For example, you can go to our Daily Menu blog, News And Stuff From the Square Rabbit, by clicking on the Daily Specials tab. There are a couple of new tabs, the most important being the one which will take you to our NEW ONLINE STORE! That's right, you can now shop online for cakes and other baked goods, baskets, and accessories, all of which make GREAT gifts. See below for more info on the web store.

The new layout will bring all the different elements of the online Square Rabbit experience together in one theme. You may notice that the colors are based around the colors of our actual shop in Raleigh. When you visit us online, we want it to be as if you are walking in our front door on Martin Street.

Need to ship a pound cake to your aunt in Texas? Or maybe you live in New York, and you were down here visiting friends. Say they served a Square Rabbit Sweet Potato tea bread Sunday morning, and it's been on your mind ever since you got back. How do you get one? You just click on the Online Store tab, then choose a category.

All perishable items are shipped so they arrive in 1 to 3 days. We will not bake an item until it is ordered, and will ship it within 24 hours of it being baked. We do not ship on Fridays, and will only ship on Wednesdays and Thursdays if the item will arrive on Friday. We will not ship any perishable so that it sits in a warehouse over the weekend.
